Dates: Saturday June 21 and Sunday June 22, est. 8:00 AM-7:00 PM (Friday June 20 held as spare day/race technical preparation day)
Registration and Team Name Change Deadline: Wednesday May 28
E-Waiver and Roster Deadline: Wednesday June 11, 5:00 PM (all waivers and rosters submitted online at register.dragonboatbc.ca)
Mandatory Virtual Administrator Meeting: Saturday June 14, 5:00 PM (register at register.dragonboatbc.ca)
Mandatory Steers Pre-Race Meeting: TBA, Saturday June 21 near Marshalling
Roster Caps: 26 paddlers/team*, Junior Division exception: 30 paddlers (*for 2025, up to 30 racers may be listed, but only 26 medals will be awarded)

NOTE: If you are using this event as a CCWC Race Off Qualifier, please ensure your roster meets DBC rule requirements. This event is eligible to be used as a CCWC Race Off Qualifier.
Race Information
Premier Mixed, Premier Women, and Junior Mixed Divisions: 4 X 500 M.
Abreast in a Boat Breast Cancer Paddler Division: 4 X 500M.
Premier Open: 3 X 500 M.
The top teams in the Premier Mixed, Premier Women, and Premier Open divisions will be invited to participate in the Guts and Glory 2,000 M race, where up to 18 boats will race at 10 second intervals.
Specialty Cup Races: 100 M knockout race distance depending on number of participating teams: 1-5 teams= 100M Final, 6-7 teams= 2X100M (Knockout then Final), 8-9 teams= 3X100M (2 Knockout then Final). Specialty Cup race programs change from year to year, but usually include the International Cup, U24 Cup, Senior Cup, Pride Cup, Para Cup, and Breast Cancer Cup.
