It Might Not Be A Literal Loop, But This Lake Is Worth Doing A Circuit On.

At 29 kilometers long, Kamloops Lake is the largest in the area and one of the best to enjoy paddle boarding, canoeing, and kayaking. The water warms considerably in the summer months here and, because it’s located in the rain shadow of the Coast Mountain Range, it only receives about 25 centimeters of rain annually making it a favourite spot for visiting paddlers. Those who explore the shorelines will discover secret places where mule deer and mountain sheep graze as well as spy old train bridges, eagle nests, rock bluffs, and crumbling towers of rock known as hoodoos.
